Description
Thank you for your interest in being a host for a LEE policy fellow.
This application is for both our 8 week LEE Public Advocacy Summer Fellowship (PASF) and our
9 month Public Policy Fellowship (PPF)
- Please read the HOST APPLICATION REGISTRATION LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS and the Welcome Letter before you begin completing the online application form. If you are NOT a LEE member you will need to create a SurveyMonkey Application Login. If you are having log-in problems. Please review this troubleshooting guidance.
