This application is for both our 8-week LEE Public Advocacy Summer Fellowship (PASF) and our

9-month Public Policy Fellowship (PPF)

• Please read the HOST APPLICATION REGISTRATION LOGIN INSTRUCTIONS and the Welcome Letter before you begin completing the online application form. If you are NOT a LEE member you will need to create a SurveyMonkey Application Login. If you are having log-in problems. Please review this troubleshooting guidance.

• Application Deadline for both fellowships: January 30, 2026.
  • Note: You may submit a host application after the January 30th deadline. However, we cannot guarantee a review of late submissions. Additionally, late applicants will not receive priority access to candidate resumes and will have a lower likelihood of receiving cost-share assistance.
